Dear Student,

The process of counselling is like that if you have alotted a seat during counselling , then you have to go to that particular college to lock your seat.There you have to pay your fees of that course.But if you will not pay the fees there ,then your alotted seat gets cancelled .Now this seat is freely available again to be alotted.

Now if you have not pay the fees then your seat is cancelled and you have to again sit in counselling to get a new seat. And you are clearly eligible for again counselling even if you have not pay the fees for previous alotted seat.
