Hello Manikanta

There are two ways you can get admission in DU,first on the merit basis and second after qualifying DUJAT exam.

The difference between these two is that in Merit Basis, you will get admission through marks obtained in your class 12th.The cut off of Delhi University through merit basis is very high and you must score  95+ percentage in 12th to get admission through merit basis.

Now talking about the entrance exam, which is DU JAT for UG courses. In this you can get admission in Delhi University for some specific course after qualifying entrance exam.

I Hope This Helps

Best Of Luck!!!

If you are taking the admission on the basis of merit then your 12th percentage would be considered and if you are taking the admission on the basis of the test then there will be a test conducted by Delhi University and then a separate merit will be formed on the basis of that. You can get admission by either method. You will get the quota if you are a Delhi residencial candidate in both the cases.
