in admit card the self declaration is enough to fill or shall I fill another self declaration form... if yes then how shall I get a another self declaration form.am very confuse pls help me out

The self declaration form given along with the admit card of the Neet exam is enough to fill,it is given as a preventive measure in view of this Covid 19 pandemic.Most of the other exams like IBPS PO, Clerk etc...require an low exposure status in Arogya Setu application in the mobile.If in case a mobile not available filling the self declaration form will suffice.Best wishes
