In AIIMS 60% criteria for open category. In this criteria practical marks is included or not?????

Yes. Each subject marks will contain both theory and practical and the total will be displayed in the board results. Eg if you get 65 in Bio that means it total of your theory and practical marks.
The average aggregate of PCB must be greater than 60% so it will also include all subject practical marks.
