In aiims pg 2019, is there any chance of decreasing the cut off for open counselling?? Mainly for St candidates. My St rank is 188

The cut off for open counseling depends upon how other students have performed hence nothing can be said and the cut off changes when no. of seats increases. All the best for your future endeavors.
