-printout of the registration slip of Stray vacancy round issued to them by the MCC
-allottment letter issued by MCC
All original documents/certificates such as -Admit Card
-Result/Rank letter
-Date of Birth (10thStd.)
-Class 10 marksheet and certificate
-Class 12 marksheet and certificate
-Category proof SC/ST/OBC/EWS
-Provisional allottment letter generated online
-Set of self-attested copies of all certificates and 6-8 passport sized photographs

Apart from this the result notification document might be the NEET 2020 stray vacancy round result proof that they are asking about . In the MCC website under the homepage, result will be displayed on your screen in PDF format,so have a printout of that with you.
