in all India quota 15% which I have filled in the neet form (example-delhi) which suppose to be my domicile state while taking admission can I go for this state only can I choose other states also of my choice

All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC , AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. Now while filling the State Eligibility in your NEET application form, NTA did mention that you can mention any State there but you will be eligible for State Counselling of the State that you hold the domicile of. For example, if you hold the domicile of Rajasthan, you can participate in 85% State Counselling for Rajasthan GMC seats and Private Medical College seats. You can also participate in 15% All India Counselling for GMC seats of the rest of the States excluding Jammu and Kashmir. This 15% All India Counselling includes seats in Deemed/Central Universities, AIIMS and JIPMER. So when you opt for All India Counselling, you can select GMC of any State excluding Jammu and Kashmir.
