Considering you haven't attempted JEE MAINS yet(I am sure because you asked this que :) :)-
The questions in jee are based on concepts, not on chapters which are divided into the syllabus of class 11 and 12, For example, consider a question is there asking you the ratio of acceleration of body after some changes in velocity, it is a concept based question not chapter based. So it would be better to practice your concepts.
