in amedkar university can I include painting as my best four like it will be english, history, political science and painting.

Hello,
The Arts subjects includes English, History, Political Science, Economics, Education etc. But for painting there is a separate course like BFA, MFA or diploma courses.
You cannot combine painting with Arts subjects. As it is not mention in the list of Arts courses. You can apply separately for visual arts courses, if you are interested in Painting.
