If you are a candidate who is from OBC NCL category and has applied for the same category in the examination, then your OBC NCL rank will be taken into consideration for both admission as well as for reservation purposes. So, for example if your all India common rank list is X and OBC NCL rank list is Y, then the rank Y will be considered for counselling process.
