In ap eamcet if i self report the 1st councelling college can i be able to go for second councelling? if i am able to go and not satisfied with 2nd councelling college will my first reported college still be able to join?

if you self report your counselling then according to my knowledge you won't go for second round , if you go for second round and did not get any college then you can get the college you got in first round . these information is correct as per the best of my knowledge .
