In apicet couselling, EWC is mandatory? Does it offer more scholarship?

Dear student, EWS certificate is only mandatory if you wish to seek Admission under this reservation criteria while you need not produce this certificate if you're getting admission under general category itself. Scholarship is definitely awarded in government financed colleges to the economically weaker class.
