Dear Manoj, you can study law either in 3 years or 5 years based on your highest qualification. LL.B., B.A. LLB, LL.M., B.Com LLB, BBA LLB, B.Sc LLB are the Law courses. You can study Commercial Law in LL.M., LL.B and other Bachelor degrees. Cyber Law is offered in B.A. LLB, Other Bachelors, Other Masters. For Labour law, you need to study LL.M., LL.B., Other Bachelors. Now you cannot directly pursue Masters programme in Law. Though your highest qualification is MBA, because it is irrelevant to Law, either you have to study another Bachelor's degree in Law or becasue Labour Law is relevant to MBA, you can take up courses in Labour Law. To answer your question, yes you can study Law course though you have studied B.Com and MBA. It's just that you need to select the right course.
