in banking sector or ssc post is there any condition that if one'd done msc then they will get more salary than the one who did bsc only?

Hello,

First of all if the eligibility criteria of a job is merely graduation from a recognized university then pay scale will be equivalent to that, even you have completed master's degree you won't be paid higher simply because you are more qualified than the eligibility criteria of the concerned job post, the pay scale  offered to you will be similar to the thousand of candidates selected in the similar job profile to that of yours, hence to answer your question the pay scale of any job is equivalent to the eligibility criteria of the post only, it's not that if you have done master's or doctorate you will get higher pay package, there is no such rules, because may be in reality you're highly qualified, but you're applying for a exam based on graduation, hence you'll be paid accordingly.
