BARC has not mentioned any cut off privileges for reserved candidates. They have a general cut off of 60% for all applying candidates. However reserved candidates do have a benefit in case of age limit. For general students it is 26 yrs,  for OBC it is 29 and for SC/ST it is 31. Other than this no special provisions for quota students have been mentioned by them.
