Hello Sapna,
This answer may vary from University to University. So, talking about Delhi University, they provide you a list of subjects chosen for you for your B.Com (Hons.). Subjects taught in B.Com (Hons.) include some Accounting related subjects like Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Cost Accounting, some HR and OB related subjects like HRM, Principles, and Applications of Management, etc., apart from that you'll have some Marketing and Economics pertaining subjects like E-Marketing, Principles of Marketing, Advertising, Micro and Macroeconomics, Indian Economy and if you are a finance enthusiast they also cover some of the core finance subjects like Fundamentals of Investment, Financial reporting, and analysis, Money and Banking. Apart from these subjects, there are a lot of subjects which a commerce student must understand and have knowledge of. Apart from that, they also let students select a few subjects from students' choices only. You can choose one subject from your own from the provided elective subjects, and that can also be from different streams, also not only restricting the student to commerce topics. You get to choose one subject from your own out of six subjects in a semester. Apart from that in your second and third year, you get choices in between subjects also, that you will be provided two or three subjects from which you have to choose one based on your interest.
All that information and details are based on the curriculum provided in the colleges of Delhi University, which can vary (subjects and choices internally may vary) from College to College, but mostly it will be the same for all DU Colleges.
I hope I was able to reply to your question correctly as per your expectations.

HEY,
The bachelor of Commerce degree is designed to provide students with a wide range of managerial skills, while building competence in a particular area of business (see aside). Most universities, therefore, plan the degree such that in addition to their major, students are exposed to general business principles, taking courses in accounting, finance, business management, human resources, marketing, and economics; some programs also require business( statistics)(introductury)calculus and information systems. Depending on the institution, a formal academic major may or may not be established. Regardless, a Bachelor of Commerce degree requires students to take the majority of their courses in business-related subjects, including the aside, amongst others.
It's purely your Interest and Choice, you are the only one who can choose specialization as per your interest.
You should decide it based upon your career and future plans.
Hope It Helps
Wish You Luck!
