If you are going for research the BSC is better than Btech Biotechnology , But if you prefer working in industries rather than higher studies and research the go for Btech Biotechnology

It totally depends on your career goal.
If you want to persue you career in research then you can go for B.Sc. After completing your course in B.Sc you can go for M.Sc in any specialized field of Biotechnology.
If you want to keep your options open then you can opt for B.Tech as you can go for other jobs as well for your future growth.
