You can apply in iiit delhi there are pgd (m.sc) course available for cyber security in distance. You can apply via upgrad. Duration is one year and the fee is around 3 lakhs for this course by iiit delhi.

BIT does not provide Cyber Security or similar course in any of its colleges. However you may look for other prestigious College anf universities where Cyber/IT security and similar course is available. Following is a list of colleges offering this course :-
10 seats out of a total seats for MTech CSE are set aside for specialization in Computer Security.
There is a different branch offering IT Security course to students and you can have a detailed information about the course in the following link

Yes there are some courses on cyber security in Birla Institute of Technology and Science, some of the core courses under cyber security are
