In cap 1 If choose not freeze options and paid seat acceptance fees through online mode and wish to go for betterment do i have to visit Arc center?And will I lose my cap 1 seat if didn't visit arc center?

hello my friend,
In seat acceptance process you should have to select freeze option then only they will call you for seat acceptance process.
In both processess going at ARC centre is mendatory process.It is must for choosing options like betterment or freeze.
