In case if I change college branch another state then previous some hostel fee is left when pending AICTE maintenance fee then I can't able to pay from own pocket then what I do Because I want to change college there is no good facility they didn't educate well not good hostel food plz tell me

If you have stayed in the hostel provided by the college then you need to clear all the dues such as tuition fee, hostel fee, mess fee, miscellaneous fee before discontinuing the study regardless of the reason for leaving the college. Without clearing the dues you may not get leaving certificate and your original certificates back from the college in which you have submitted at the time of admission. So you have to get financial assistance to clear the fee dues.
