In cat form if I fill work experience and unable to show certificate at intervew of admission time what wil effect of this

A proof of the job is necessity to clarify all the doubts regarding the exam and in the interview. If you are not able to provide any kind of proof which backed on your job experience fact, then sorry to say, but you won't be able to qualify the rounds.
