work ex se koi farak nhi padta. you will have to get good percentile naman.

@Naman: Because you have minimum 2 years of work ex , it shall be considered in few IIM's but again its not just the factor to get selected. Your academic background is not much strong and again you have to really work hard on your percentile and int
