in central counseling for Mds for central university why they are asking for MBBS university and MBBS PASSING Year????

Well it's just the part of collection of information. It same as when you are asked about your school information when you fill neet form for ug or attend the counseling for MBBS or any undergraduate course. So it is just the part of basic registration.
