In CET 2020 I chose third choice in second round and got a college in second extended round due to emergency I was not able to download the challan as well as not able to get admission order and I basically didn't do anything after that because I came home after 2 to 3 month can o write kcet 2021.
As per the clause mentioned in kcet brochure if a candidate has got seat in any of the stream/ discipline in any of the previous years and not surrendered the seat before last date fixed for the entry of options for final round seat allotment for respective discipline then the candidate is not eligible to the seat allotment in same stream/ discipline. However he/she are eligible to write kcet for present year 2021 but he/she will not be alloted the seat in the same discipline as of in the last year .
Example : If a candidate has got seat in engineering stream/discipline last year then he/she can appear for kcet this year 2021 but, this year he/she will not get chance in engineering discipline rather he can choose other stream/discipline such as medical /dental/Architecture/Farm sciences/B pharma/D Pharma and etc.
The seat of the last year will be cancelled automatically during selectionof different stream/discipline this year.
