The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
if we calculate your aggregate marks of PCB subject then it is 49+50+53 = 152/300 which is 50.666% means you have aggregate marks greater than required marks in unreserved category (gen) .
so yes ofcourse you are eligible for giving NEET exam and taking admission in various medical course through the neet entrance exam.

Yes, you are eligible for neet examination .
This is because,
To be eligible for neet, you need to pass 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( theory + practical) i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Now,
Considering your category as general
Your aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology is
= 49 + 50 + 53
= 152 marks
=( 152/ 300 x 100 )%
= 50.6 % i. e more than 50% so you are definitely eligible for neet examination .
Also,

Lower age limit:- to be eligible for neet one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December in the year of appearing for the examination .
Upper age limit :-No upper age limit is there
-----------) There's no attempt limit for neet.
