In CLAT 2019, expecting 110.5, women and Maharashtra domicile,is there any chance to get MNLU or NMIMS? And which other NLUs??

Cut off depends upon the level of difficulty of paper and this year paper was easy like 2016 so cut off will go high a score 110 is tough to get into mnlu. You can apply for narsee monjee but chances are less you get into narsee. So you can apply for upes dehradun they do accept admision through clat score.

But my rank might come under 3000 I suppose. So why isn’t NMIMS possible?

Your rank can also go lower than that in year 2016ba student with 110 didn't get so this year with increase in no of candidates imagine how lower can rank go so I think your chances are less you will be in waiting list so if you want you still try for your own satisfaction.
