Parul University is definitely one of the reputed private University and for cyber security they have well designed curriculum with all the latest tech , they have a great and very well qualified Faculty they have a very strong educational environment so yes definitely the course and college is Good, but it can't be declared as best as there are many other institutions which are better even far better.
