in CSAB counselling for OBC-NCL student counselling can be done by category rank or by CRL rank???

Dear Student,
In all type of JEE counselling your category rank will be considered then your CRL rank will be considered according to the availability of the seats. No matter whether you are appearing for the JOSSA or CSAB for the admission in NIT, IIIT, and GFTI.
