According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know that whether you will civil in nit srinagar or not.
I would like to say you that if you belong to Jammu and Kashmir then undoubtedly with this rank you can get this branch.
But if you do not belong to this state then it is a bit difficult to get civil here(considering you as obc candidate)
And if you are from general category and your home state is JK you will definitely get a seat but it is difficult if you are not.

Dear student,
As you have secured 70400 CRL rank in JEE mains 2020 from obc category, then with this much rank in JEE mains the chances are for you to get seat in civil engineering in nit srinagar during csab counseling.
Because, last year the cutoff closing rank for civil engineering for obc category on the basis of their CRL rank was - 70020 ( In csab special round 2 ).
Also this year the number of vacant seats are somewhat decreased than previous year. But apart from civil engineering, there is a chance that you can get chemical engineering or metallurgical and materials engineering branch in nit Srinagar.
Also you can get some gftis like mizoram university, gurkula kangri vishwavidyalaya, Ghani Khan Choudhury Institute of Engineering & Technology, Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, etc.

Last year, there were total of 7464 seats were vacant.
