in CSE (data science ) specialization data science is a minor course or not.in this course CSE syllabus will decrease.

No! In general the course pattern remains the same only some papers are added related to your specialization. So dont think of like there will be some reduction in syllabus, you will read somethings more in details of Data Science than the normal CSE ones.
