in diploma application form shows category of admission open but my cast is obc so can i take admission in open and i not submitted NCL

Hi there!
If you have not submitted your Caste certificate and OBC-NCL certificate, then you'll not be eligible to avail the perks of other backward classes. You will be treated as a candidate from Unreserved category. Yes, you can get admitted as open category if you have required qualifications or marks.
