Hello aspirant,
You didn't mention your ipe marks which has an 25% weightage in the overall percentile and the other 75% is your Eamcet marks. Since you had scored the minimum cutoff marks, your rank would be between 90,000 to 1,00,000 or even above based on the marks you scored in inter.
