Hello aspirant,
Congratulations first of all for clearing India's most ssought out competitive examination, and securing a seat.
Now coming to your question ,i would suggest you to wait till the last round of counselling. As anything can happen on last round because few people may withdraw,and few will require a change in seat,you might stand a chance in counselling.
