In EWS certificate for 1967 proof can we use ration card of different address is but area is same and in that old ration card only my father name is mentioned then will it be applicable for EWS certificate?

Yeah! It can be used. See if you are a female candidate and if you want to apply for EWS and if you are married then you should use the ration id which is on your husband name as per rules, the husband is said to be the guardian. For any other case, you can use it there will be no problem.
The eligibility for the EWS certificate are:
- The annual income of the family of candidate should not exceed 8lakh per annum.
- The family should not hold 5 or more than 5 acres of land.
- The family shouldn't have a residental area more than 1000 sq feet.
