in filling anti ragging undertaking form, I mistakenly choosen year of study as 4 but iam 1st year now . What should I do now ?

Hello Kiran,
Do not be tensed.
If you have not submitted the form to college authority replace the form with a new one with correct details.
If you have already submitted the form to the college administration either talk to them about it and rectify your mistake on the same form or ask them if you can submit a new one.
There shouldn't be much issue about the same.
