In Final HR round of interview the HR asked me the reason for 3 years gap after Btech, I justified the reason for my Gap and also told her of IT certifications courses I did during Gap Period. Then HR told me she wrote all of it and sent it for approval. How much time will it take for approval?

Hi Aspirant,
The approval time generally depends from company to company.However in most of the companies the time taken is about three weeks.Different companies have different time span and this can vary to different periods of time.They would obviously see the matter to their point of view and take approval from higher authorities.
