in first round KCET i am not ansered for my allouted college weathere i want or no ,i have not clicked any opposion ,can i try for second round

You cannot participate in further round because you haven't executed any choice .

You are saying that you have not attended the first counselling for KCET, and you would like to attend the second phase. Yes, sure. You can attend the second counselling directly if you haven't attended first counselling. There is no problem with that. But many students get alloted with their respective seats in first counselling itself. so it may become difficult for you to get a seat in the college you wish. But don't loose hope. You can try second counselling. Go for it.
