Dear Renuka, IIT Delhi, will open its correction window tentatively during the last week of October. You can change your Category then. You may have to pay an additional fees as well because you are opting out of Reservation Category and going to General Category and the General Category usually has higher fees for applications. As IIT Delhi hasn't announced any specific date yet, please keep an eye on the official website. Although if you are selected in gate and then want to change the category then you can provide the orginal details that you to produce at the time of certificate verification.
