Hi aspirant, the answer of your question is that if you appear in the JOSSA counselling and if you have filled the colleges that you have mentioned in the question than where ever you lacking somewhere and it is possible that you can get that college if you add your reserve category than to fulfill the eligibility rank criteria your category rank will help you to get that college.

And if anyone want to get admission in any college without counselling with JOSSA or CASB than the particular college in which you want to take admission will consider your CRL rank not your EWS rank for admission.
