my daughter passed 12th science in gseb but 6 marks less in agreegate of 50% in pcb so can i apply for nios 12th science in 2023 and will it be valid for NEET 2023 ?

So with regard to your query, NO it does not create any kind of bad impression or something. Mostly the authorities won't be that particular regarding the ink of the pen that you used to write the exam, however, as they mentioned few teachers might concern it, but this not however, result in the reduction of the marks.
