For organic chemistry, you need to understand the logic first. You don't need to directly mug up reactionto first understand them. If you can get the logic then it will not be difficult any more. Then practice by writing those equations again and again. In this context, Organic Chemistry by OP Tandon will be best. You can also make tables of reactions, reactors, catalysts etc. If you follow the steps and study on a regular basis following the time table, it won't take enough time and you could complete it within 1 to 1.5 months.
