As the CSAB special round 2 counselling is in progress so after that hardly one or two more special round counselling are there so after that the refund process of all the candidates starts in somewhere between January last ,so wait for that and the refund process also be made in to same account through which you pay your counselling fees.

The time in which you will get the refund of your fee depends on a few things. If you took admission through Josaa and you participated in CSAB too then you will have to wait for a few months and then a form will be available  on CSAB Website to get the refund because  CSAB and Josaa does counseling on National level so making a well detailed list and providing refunds to everyone takes a lot of time.

However, If you have not been allotted any seat neither in Josaa  nor in CSAB then maybe you can get the refund early(1/2 months).
