Hello Manish,
For JEE -
For PWD candidates 3% seats are reserved. And practically it gives you a great chance to get a seat in any government college.
Cut off marks of last year JEE mains for PwD -
General - 19
SC - 50
ST - (-11)
See for Gen PwD it is just 19 marks means if you correct just 5,6 questions then you will clear JEE Mains.
For WBJEE -
According to officials report, the minimum WBJEE 2016 Cut Off Marks category wise are given below-
General- 50%
SC/ST/OBC-A, OBC- B- 40%
PwD- 45%.
PwD candidates will be qualified only if they have 50%-70% disability. If the under quota seats remain unfilled, then the candidate with locomotor disability of lower limbs between 40%-50% will get an opportunity for admission under reserved seats.
Good luck!
