in how many year we become a judge

1.Get a 5year or 3year LL.B degree from a college or university recognised by Bar council of India. You may write CLAT(common law admission test) for 5year Law course after completing HSC exam (12th std) if you want to pursue your course from NLUs(national law universities), they are premium institutions for law courses in india.
2.If you have already got a LL.B degree ,you may appear for various states' Judicial service examination conducted by the respective high court to become a Civil judge or judicial magistrate. If you are able to clear this exam in an early age (22–25),there are bright chances to become a judge of a High court before your retirement.
3. Another way to become a judge is to appear for Higher Judicial services (HJS) exam after having not less than 7 years of experience in litigation before a high court .After clearing the exam you will be posted as Additional district judge (ADJ) who looks after the all kind of cases in a city or town. You will easily get promotion as a High court Judge before your retirement.
4.Presently in India most of the high court judges come from litigation background having minimum 10 year litigation experience in a high court who are appointed by the President of India after the recommendation of the collegium of Judges.
