Hi,
AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) is an advisory body in all matters relating to technical education. You will be delighted to know that AICTE has lowered the minimum criteria aggregate in PCM from 50% to 45% in standard XII exams and hence you are eligible to apply for engineering entrance exams.
But for IIT's and NIT's one must secure 75% as per the guidelines.
Hope it helps!

If you can afford the donations then I think you may. Although most private colleges also demand for a minimum of 65% aggregate in PCM.
Let's hope for the best.

Respected sir,
As considering your marks you will not get admission in any NIT or IIT but not to get worried sir there are amny private colleges where you can get admission.
I can suggest you only one thing to forget about what the past is and to take care of your future and to overcome the past so that nobody question about how to got less marks in hsc.
Thank you

See on the basis of marks which you shared you cannot get any of IIT Or NITs
But there are many college which have their own entrance exams such as VITEEE , MUOET etc
And also many colleges have direct admission system for different branches in btech.
So you can try them.
Also if you want to give a try you can sit for the improvement exams.
All the best..!
