The counseling process of Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) has been started and the result for the first round of counseling has also been declared, so, it means you haven't frozen the seat or choose the college. Now, you will participate in the second round of counseling because of that the seat in the colleges you got in the first round will not be applicable. Now you have to choose college from the given choices in the second round and the result of seat allotment for the second round of counseling is releasing on 5 July 2019.
