in icar form I mistakenly fill question language 'hindi' but in exam paper I attempt question in 'english'.will there be any problem in counselling?

Hello aspirant,
It is not expected that due to the language misinterpretation, you will have any sort of problem while counselling. In ICAR form, you chose Hindi by mistake in question paper but attempted the question paper in English, so it is not expected that you will take a toll while proceeding for counselling procedures. There'll be no problem in counselling.
