in icar if ews seat is vacant it will remain vacant in first ,second ,third round counselling or that vacant ews seat will come under open or unreserved category in second or third round counselling

ICAR provides seats only to a certain percentage of seats of agricultural universities which have their own set of reservation rules.
The ICAR quota seats if vacant are automatically released to the Agricultural University concerned for filling up at their level and as per the procedure in vogue at the respective university.
