in iift form if I will select Delhi as campus preference then will I get call for Kolkata campus or not.

Yes you will get a call if you meet the required cutoff. Once the first list of selected students comes out, there is a waitlist compiled. As the students opt out, the waitlist moves. So, if a student opts out from Delhi, a student selected for Kolkata moves to the Delhi list and a waitlisted student moves to the Kolkata list.
