No you can't be able to get a scholarship with your Category but yaah may be you will get through your percentage in 12th as well through. Entrance examination or may be due to some family problems because these are the private universities which does not provide any type of scholarships through category wise.

I don't think so it may be. You may also ask to the Management staff of that particular college.
